Jan and I have been colleagues at Biogen managing Tech Transfer projects of new product launches. Jan has managed projects with tight time lines, with great energy and engagement and with focus on including both project team and stakeholders. Together we have worked on establishing a standard project model to be used for all kind of projects in the Assembly, Label and Pack manufacturing area to ensure standardization of both project processes, tools and templates.
